Very helpful

You definitely have to be diligent about remembering to reset the timer and planning your first meal to coincide with your day. Those things aside, I find it very helpful to be reminded to eat throughout the day. I work construction and it is easy to lose track of time. Small, healthy meals every 3 hours has me down almost 20 lbs in 2 and a half months.
